Terms of Use

Welcome to Givrr, a platform operated by Circle of Nine Ltd, located at 71-75 Shelton Street,  Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our app or website. By accessing or using Givrr, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility Givrr is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. User Types Givrr has two types of users: – Creators: Verified individuals who manage a profile and interact with fans through messaging and media content. – Members: Users who connect with creators for private conversations and updates.

3. Account Registration You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use You agree not to use Givrr: – For any illegal or unauthorized purpose. – To harass, abuse, or harm others. – To share content that is abusive, hateful, explicit, or violates the rights of others.

5. Payments and in-app purchases Certain features (for example creator subscriptions or memberships) may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions or other digital purchases inside the Givrr mobile app. Those purchases are processed by Apple Inc. (or, where applicable, another platform provider) under that provider’s terms and your payment relationship with them. Givrr does not receive or store your full payment card details for those in-app purchases. Subscription management, billing questions, and refunds for in-app purchases are handled in accordance with Apple’s (or the relevant platform’s) rules and the account settings on your device.
Creators and users may also use third-party services outside the app (for example external payment or tipping tools) at their own risk. Givrr is not responsible for disputes, fees, or losses arising from those external arrangements. Nothing in this section limits Apple’s role where you buy digital content through the iOS app via In-App Purchase.

6. Privacy Your use of Givrr is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with UK GDPR and other applicable laws.

7. Content You retain ownership of any content you upload to Givrr but grant us a limited license to host and display it. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

8. Suspension & Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Givrr at our discretion if you violate these Terms or for any security or legal reasons.

9. Hosting Givrr is hosted by Hostinger. We implement appropriate security measures to safeguard platform integrity and user data.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of Givrr after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. User-generated content, safety, reporting, and moderation

Givrr allows users to create and share user-generated content (including messages, profile information, images, and other materials). We do not tolerate objectionable content, harassment, hate, threats, illegal activity, sexually explicit material where prohibited, or abusive behaviour. You must not post, send, or solicit such content or behaviour. We may use a combination of automated and manual measures (including technical limits, reporting workflows, and account review) to detect, filter, or limit content and conduct that violates these Terms.

Reporting. You may report users or content you believe violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate using the reporting tools provided in the app (for example from a chat or user profile, where available). When you submit a report, you agree to provide accurate information. False or malicious reports may result in action against your account.

Blocking. You may block another user using the tools provided in the app. Where blocking is available, blocking is intended to stop further interaction between you and that user in line with how the product works (for example, removing their ability to contact you through the blocked channel and removing that user’s content from your in-app experience as implemented in the current version of the service). Blocking another user may also generate information used for safety and abuse prevention on our systems.

Our response. We aim to review credible reports and take appropriate action as soon as reasonably practicable, and in any case we target initial review of reports within twenty-four (24) hours for standard reports received through the in-app reporting tools, excluding periods of planned maintenance, circumstances outside our reasonable control, or reports that require law-enforcement or legal process. Actions may include removing or restricting content, issuing warnings, suspending or permanently terminating accounts, and referring matters to authorities where required by law. We are not obliged to notify you of the outcome of a report about another user.

Cooperation. You agree to cooperate with any reasonable requests we make in connection with safety investigations. We may preserve and disclose information where required to comply with law or to enforce these Terms.
